This is absolutely Ideal, I have run help desks in the past and they become bogged down with technical details when what you need is to keep is simple.
I like the fact that you have a pricing option starting at $7 a month for people just starting out, $47 for one site or $97 for 5 sites (although I would have preferred an unlimited sites for this price. There is always a sting in the tail with helpdesk software as you grow your business.
We need helpdesk software for ecommerce sites we set up (see my site) and as we do many shops in different niches your software seems ideal. The idea of having to log into 20 different systems was a nightmare.
I expect to sign up for this shortly, I am just looking into your trust guard products, they seem to be better than BBB at certain price points.
