People based marketing can be very successful especially with new technologies available. The problem is, you still need good people working for you to run these technologies. Using technology only without people adding the human equation may seem cost-saving but can cost you in the long run. You also don’t want to get just anyone to fill the position, you need someone knowledgeable and committed who is willing to put in the work and provide insight where it is needed.
